My full 1:1 curriculum package is a completely personalised, hands-on sleep support experience designed to give you both results and understanding, so you feel confident long after our work together ends.
You’ll receive a fully tailored sleep plan, delivered through a combination of detailed voice notes and a written document, so everything is easy to follow and always there to refer back to. Your plan is built entirely around your child and your family, using the information you share with me to calculate your little one’s sleep pressure, rhythms, and true 24-hour sleep needs.
Throughout the package, I teach you the science of infant sleep, focusing on what I believe are the three foundations of successful sleep:

We begin making changes from night one. I’m there live via WhatsApp and voice notes to guide you through bedtime, your routine, the first put-down, and supporting your child into independent sleep from the very first night. On day one, I continue supporting you with naps, helping you apply the same principles with confidence.
You’ll have ongoing, responsive support for as long as you need it. I explain every step as we go, so you’re not just following instructions — you’re learning why things work. You’ll also receive full access to my voice notes library and FAQ folder, packed with additional guidance and reassurance.
You’ll log your child’s sleep in an app, allowing us to review, tweak, and fine-tune the plan together as we uncover your child’s true sleep needs in real time.
There’s no cut-off to this package. Most parents begin to feel secure and confident within 3–5 days, but the door remains open for you to reach out in the future if questions come up.
