Terms and Conditions – School of Sleep UK

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by School of Sleep UK. By purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

School of Sleep UK provides bespoke sleep consultancy services tailored to each individual child and family. This includes (but is not limited to) gathering information, assessing your child’s sleep needs, creating a personalised sleep plan, and providing support via messaging.

All services are personalised and created specifically based on the information provided by the client.

3. Non-Medical Disclaimer

School of Sleep UK provides sleep consultancy services and guidance based on behavioural and developmental sleep principles.

This is not a medical service and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns relating to their child. School of Sleep UK accepts no responsibility for any medical conditions or outcomes.

4. Immediate Commencement of Service

Due to the nature of the service, work begins immediately upon receipt of payment. This includes reviewing submitted information, assessing your child’s needs, and beginning preparation of your personalised sleep plan.

By purchasing a service, you expressly request that the service begins immediately.

5. Cooling-Off Period and Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of entering into the contract.

However, by proceeding with your purchase, you expressly request that School of Sleep UK begins work immediately and acknowledge that:

- The service is bespoke and tailored specifically to your child

- Work will begin immediately upon payment

You further acknowledge that once your personalised sleep plan has been created and delivered to you, the core element of the service has been completed.

Once the service has been fully performed, you will lose your right to cancel.

If you choose to cancel within the 14-day period after work has begun, you agree that you will be liable to pay for all work carried out up to the point of cancellation, which may include the full cost where your personalised sleep plan has already been created and/or delivered.

6. Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

This includes (but is not limited to):

- Reviewing submitted information

- Creating a personalised sleep plan

- Providing advice, guidance, or support

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are committing to a bespoke service that begins immediately and cannot be returned or reversed once delivered.

7. Client Responsibility and Implementation

The personalised sleep plan provided is a structured guidance plan based on the information you supply.

Successful outcomes are dependent on consistent and correct implementation of the plan by the client.

School of Sleep UK does not guarantee results, as outcomes will vary depending on factors including consistency, environment, and adherence to the guidance provided.

Failure to follow the plan fully or consistently, or choosing not to implement the plan, does not entitle the client to a refund.

8. Support and Communication

Support is provided as outlined in the package purchased and is typically delivered via WhatsApp or another agreed messaging platform.

While reasonable efforts will be made to respond in a timely manner, response times are not guaranteed and may vary.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including but not limited to sleep plans, written guidance, voice notes, and messages, remain the intellectual property of School of Sleep UK.

By purchasing, you agree that you will not:

- Copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials

- Share your personalised plan with third parties

- Use any materials for commercial purposes

All materials are provided for your personal use only.

10. Limitation of Liability

School of Sleep UK provides guidance and support based on the information supplied by the client.

School of Sleep UK shall not be held liable for:

- Outcomes resulting from non-implementation of advice

- Decisions made by the client

- Any indirect or consequential loss

All advice is provided in good faith.

11. Termination of Service

School of Sleep UK reserves the right to terminate services at any time if communication becomes inappropriate, abusive, or if the working relationship breaks down.

No refunds will be issued where services have already commenced.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
